Michael Wolff is the fearless leader of Optimal Massage, which he founded in 2001. Alongside his wife Kim, he considers the Optimal team his extended family and takes immense pride in the business’s impact within the community.
Over two decades of study and practice, Michael has developed extensive and invaluable expertise that he brings to his practice. After first studying biology and life sciences at Penn State University, he followed his heart and enrolled in the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy. There he specialized in deep tissue work and earned his certification in muscle therapy.
Michael went on to become a Pennsylvania Licensed Massage Therapist, a Certified Primmer Deep Muscle Therapist, Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, and a Certified Professional Muscle Therapist. He specializes in Clinical Orthopedic Manual Therapy and has amassed over 25,0000 hours of hands-on experience. While operating Optimal, he’s taken numerous courses at West Chester University to further hone his knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and surface anatomy.
Michael is often humbled by the gratitude his clients express over their improved health and mobility. He says, “I love that I have the ability to impact and change lives through touch.” Clients appreciate Michael’s vast knowledge of the human body and benefit from his intuitive touch that implements effective treatment. He is often presented with chronic and acute soft tissue joint disorders from injury or overuse and leads clients through treatment plans with high levels of positive results.
Michael’s goal for Optimal is that it continues to change how the local community views and receives quality professional massage. He is excited to see Optimal grow as the top massage and muscle therapy provider in Chester County and cherishes his role in educating and inspiring other therapists.
