An artist by heart, Erinn works on her clients as she would a blank canvas. Using her hands as tools, she says, “I see massage therapy as a way to communicate to others the same way I do with my painting.” She gets immense joy from the relief she sees afterward in her clients’ eyes, body language, and energy.
Erinn joined Optimal in 2018 after attending the Institute for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in Chadds Ford, Pa. She holds certifications in medicinal aromatherapy and as a reiki practitioner. She calls Optimal a “space of community, equality, and generosity,” where she feels the loving, uplifting energy is tangible.
Clients seek out Erinn for her tranquil affect and therapeutic, deep targeted work. She takes a holistic approach, focusing on both anatomical and spiritual needs. Erinn believes the relentless demands of work and life in our society create tensions we store in our muscles. She urges clients to listen to their pain and give their bodies the attention they often desperately need.
In her spare time, Erinn pursues other forms of art – namely, painting and ceramics. She enjoys home projects and caring for her garden, many indoor plants, and her pet rabbit, Curt.
Erinn’s chief goal is for each and every client on her table to feel cared for, and to leave in a renewed state of healing and relief.
