Hi, I’m Emma Coldwell and I live in West Chester. I fell in love with yoga almost 2 decades ago and was certified to teach in 2019. With a background in education and being a mother to four, teaching kids new and fun things has been my passion. I’m excited to bring my experience and knowledge to Optimal Massage & Movement.
