Keith’s life was radically changed years ago when a serious injury sidelined him from his martial arts training after over 30 years of practice. Massage Therapy became his road to recovery, and he learned firsthand its intricate artistry and scientific power.
Keith graduated from the Cortiva Institute of Massage therapy in 2009. He is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and joined the Optimal Team in 2016. He says, “I love massage because it is a profession that allows me to add to the quality of life of my clients and the people close to me.”
Keith is known for quick, accurate assessments and an ability to treat wide-ranging muscle dysfunctions, particularly in the neck, shoulders, and feet. During his massages, Keith employs his expertise in anatomy, a variety of pressure levels, and assisted stretching to relieve his clients’ pain and discomfort. He also provides self-care solutions for at-home treatment and long-term maintenance.
Keith is an avid student of life and enjoys studying culture, language, and philosophy. He believes compassion makes the world a better place and finds joy in helping his clients find relief, strength, and a better quality of life.
