Amanda Daley

Amanda Daley has been working with the youth leading yoga and mindfulness classes for about 10 years. She is a mother of two and has worked with all ages, which gives her an understanding of the needs and desires of various age groups. She enjoys bringing the principles of yoga and mindfulness to the youth in a way that makes the practices fun and relatable. Amanda has completed her 500hr yoga teacher training, as well as several trainings for both youth and adults, including trauma sensitivity, which she incorporates in all her teachings.
