CANCELLATION POLICY

At Optimal Massage, we’re interested in your body’s overall health and performance, as well as your sense of well-being. Our therapists take time to prepare themselves physically, mentally and energetically for every client. We ask only that you respect our therapists’ time and energy. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance, so we can schedule other clients who are in need of healing.

Our scheduling system requires that we receive your credit card information in order to schedule your appointment. Your card will not be charged until you come in for your massage or if you do not show up for your massage.

*If you see a $1 hold on your card immediately after booking an appointment, this is part of the verification steps our system performs to ensure the card information provided is valid. It will disappear back into your account in a few business days.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Appointments made with a Gift Certificate require a 24-hour cancellation notice; otherwise, the Gift Certificate becomes null and void. Gift Certificates are nonrefundable and cannot be used toward gratuities.
