Mike Romero

With an interest in massage and bodywork for over 5 years, Michael fulfilled a long-standing dream and attended massage therapy school.  A 2008 graduate of the Anthem Institute, Michael received an 820 hour certification diploma, including training in anatomy, pathology, ethics and clinical settings. After graduation, he has continued his passion for massage with numerous house calls for friends, family, and clients.

Michael believes in tailoring a massage towards the individual needs of each client by using multiple modalities while offering education on how massage benefits other aspects of lifestyle to get the best results possible. He specializes in Swedish relaxation massage, Deep Tissue/Muscle Corrective Therapy and Hot Stone massage. He looks forward to taking continuing education courses in Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology and Aromatherapy.

Michael comes to Optimal Massage to continue his love for massage by providing healing, comfort, and promoting overall well-being for the communities of West Chester and Downingtown.
